Rujadhorn Indratula is a Lecturer in the orthopedic nursing unit of surgical nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University. She earned a bachelor degree’s in nursing and a certificate in midwifery from Chiang Mai University. She worked as a registered nurse in the surgical nursing department (trauma unit, general surgical unit, and cardiovascular thoracic intensive care unit) at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital for two years. Then she went on to gain a Master of Nursing Science (Adult Nursing) and a PhD from the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, Thailand. Her research experience during her Master and PhD program was in cardiovascular nursing especially on persons who have undergone coronary artery bypass grafting. Her areas of research interest have changed to focus more on persons who have musculoskeletal system disease; such as spine disease, osteoarthritis and bone tumor, in order to enhance their well-being during their illness.
