On 16 August 2018, Prof. Dr. Wipada Kunaviktikul, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University presided over the 2018 Wai Kru ceremony organized by the Nursing Student Union, Chiang Mai University. The purpose of this ceremony was for all students to show respect and gratitude to their faculty members before the start of the new acedemic year by giving them a pedestal tray made from Ixora, Eggplant Flowers, Popped Rice and Burmuda Grass.
