On September 18, 2018 Associate Professor Dr. Jutarat Mesukko, Assistant Dean for International Affairs welcomed Associate Professor Sayaka Kotera and three (3) undergraduate students from the Kobe University, Japan who are participating in the Student Exchange Program from 18 to 28 September at the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University.
