Sirirat Panuthai is currently an Assistant Professor in medical nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University. She earned a bachelor‘s degree from the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University. She went on to gain a Master’s Degree in Adult Nursing from Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand and a PhD from the School of Nursing, University of Washington at Seattle, USA. She has over a decade of research experience, specifically in the areas of elderly care. Her research has been published in both national and international journals. Her research covers all areas of elderly care including health promotion, chronic care, care system, and policy. In addition, technology and innovation to support quality of care for older persons are her focus of research.
