Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University organized a spa manager training program during April 29-May 15, 2019. This course aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding about spa for health service concepts and managements and to guide a spa manager to operate a standardized health spa services based on the Thailand Ministry of Public Health’s standard. All spa managers had a chance to share knowledge and experience in health spa service provision and create a network among spa managers and experts in the area. Training topics included: Introduction to Spa, Holistic Health and Wellness, Services Psychology, Hydrotherapy, Thai Massage, Aromatherapy, Facial and Body Treatment, Spa Menu Development, Human Resource Management, Marketing and Branding etc.
