CMU Nurses Fighting COVID-19 Together Initiative Donates to PPE to Local Hospitals

On 26 May 2020, Ms. Kamonchanok Kavil, Faculty Secretariat, and FON staff donated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to four hospitals that serve as clinical training sites for FON students: Nakornping Hospital, Thanyarak Hospital, Sansai Hospital, and Doi Saket Hospital in Chiang Mai Province. 

On 27 May 2020, Asst. Prof. Dr. Piyawan Sawasdisingha, Assistant Dean for Alumni Affairs, along with Ms. Kamonchanok Kavil, Faculty Secretariat, and FON staff donated PPE to two additional hospitals that also serve as clinical training sites for FON students: Suan Prung Psychiatric Hospital and Sanpatong Hospital in Chiang Mai Province. 

On 29 May 2020, Asst. Prof. Piyawan Sawasdisingha, Assistant Dean for Alumni Affairs along with Ms. Kamonchanok Kavil, Faculty Secretariat, and FON staff donated PPE to three hospitals that serve as clinical training sites for FON students: Chiang Mai Health Promotion Center Region 1, Sarapee Hospital and Banthi Hospital, Lumphun Province.

These donations were made as part of the CMU Nurses Fighting COVID-19 Together Initiative. The PPE was generously gifted to the initiative by Taioursea Health Science and Technology Nanjing Co. Ltd.

The CMU Nurses Fighting COVID-19 Together project will continue raising money so that additional donations can be made to other hospitals.
