On Friday, August 14, 2026, the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, held a honor to deceased faculty and staff, a merit-making ceremony with a fundraising for the construction and renovation of the faculty building, and a religious ceremony to celebrate the 54th anniversary and the 66th year of nursing education at Chiang Mai University. Assistant Professor Dr. Suparat Wangsrikhun, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, presided over the ceremony. The event was graced by the presence of Phra Thep Singhavarajan, Deputy Chief Monk of Chiang Mai Province and Abbot of Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan Royal Temple, Chiang Mai, who served as the presiding monk for the religious rites. The ceremony took place at the meeting room on the 5th floor of Building 4.On this occasion, Former deans, senior faculty members, senior staff, faculty's executive committee along with the faculty, administrators, staff, alumni, and students warmly participated in the ceremony.
