     Chayapha Sanluang is a Lecturer for Nursing Administration in the Thai and International programs at the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University. She had been a clinical nurse in medical nursing care in the private sector of Siriraj Hospital, Bangkok for ten years and had experience with various hospital quality improvement projects such as for hospital accreditation, excellent service behavior etc. She has both a master’s degree in nursing administration and a PhD in nursing science from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. In her role as an educator, she is an engaging nursing lecturer who effectively conveys nursing administrative concepts and procedures in classroom and practicum site. She is committed to incorporating knowledge gathered from ongoing research to educate students in nursing administrative concepts with application in real situations. Her specialization is in preparing lectures, grading papers, and providing meaningful feedback.
