Our latest issue of Research Wisdom brings us through the halfway point of 2022. Nationwide,
Thailand has reached some key turning points in the pandemic situation, with the country
seeing an overall decrease in infections and a return to a more stable economic and travel
environment. Each month now sees a further easing of social and travel-related restrictions.

I invite you to explore our current issue, featuring the research of two NurseCMU faculty
members, Associate Professor Dr. Patraporn Bhatarasakoon and Dr. Kanjana Thana, as well as
a profile on our newest visiting professor. For our first research feature, Assoc. Prof. Dr.
Patraporn has published an interesting paper exploring the use of evidence-based practice in
nursing. In the second, Dr. Kanjana utilized secondary data analysis to investigate quality of life
       outcomes for family caregivers.

Our first issue for 2022 included an article focusing on an alum
of one of our international training projects run in conjunction
with TICA (Thailand International Cooperation Agency); in this Message from the Dean
current issue, our collaboration focus turns to the National
University of Singapore, home to our newest visiting profes-
sor, Associate Professor Dr. Shefaly Shorey.
