COVID-19 and impacts among the population in
        Chiang Mai, Thailand

NurseCMU’s Professor Dr. Nongyao Kasatpibal led
this study in collaboration with multiple departments
across Chiang Mai University. In the Thai context, the
COVID-19 among the Thai population has not been
fully understood. Therefore, the study aimed to examine
the knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, practices, and
        factors predicting COVID-19 prevention practices.
Results showed that while attitudes and prevention
practices scored higher, levels of knowledge were
under 50%. Policymakers can use this information to
improve COVID-19 prevention practices in order to
lessen the impact of COVID-19 on people. Medicina
