Nurses' Qualitative Descriptions of the Organizational Climate of Hospitals

This study pioneers the qualitative investigation of the Myanmar nursing context and provided a rich source of data involving nurses’ perceptions of organizational climate and the implications for nursing administrators in Myanmar. Organizational uniqueness, organizational alignment, sense of empowerment, and reinforcing the organization were the themes identified and the results can support understanding of nurses which should aid in nurse retention and the improvement of heatlh care efficacy in hospitals.
