Postdoctoral Research Fellows Program

The Postdoctoral Research Fellows Program provides experienced scholars the opportunity to engage in collaborative research and academic exchange. Placements may last up to one year.

Program Requirements:
- Publish two manuscripts in Scopus-indexed Nursing journals (Q1-4) in collaboration with the NurseCMU faculty supervisor (postdoc: first author; supervisor: corresponding author).
- Report publication progress every 4 months from the grant start date.
- May contribute to teaching or lectures based on research interests and expertise.
- Hold a Ph.D. in Nursing.
- Be a faculty member or researcher with substantial experience in nursing education, practice, or research.
- Minimum of two Scopus-indexed publications (Q1-Q4) within the last three years in internationally recognized, peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrate strong academic English proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Commit to a one-year program duration.
- Submit a research proposal or statement of purpose aligned with the faculty’s expertise.
