     Rangsima Tosanguan is currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, , with a specialization in public/community health nursing. She has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery from the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University and a Master of Science in public health from the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University. With more than twenty years of experience in the field of public/ community health nursing, she has taught in nursing programs in both undergraduate and graduate courses include community health, family health, school health, environmental health, primary medical care, nursing process and nursing theory. Her nursing career began in operative nursing care for ten years, and she has practiced community and public health in rural and urban settings. She earned diplomas on general nurse practitioner and eye nurse practitioner. Her current professional interests include community/public health, eye health and geriatric health. Her research and presentations have focused on chronic kidney disease prevention, preventive behaviors, community capacity building, eye health promotion and nursing education.
