On 16 November 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Suparat Wangsrikhun, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Chiang Mai University, along with administrators, faculty members, staff, alumni and nursing students attended to CMU Trekking 2024 organized by the Chiang Mai University Student Club. It is a tradition to bring new students to pay homage to the relics of Doi Suthep. The tradition which takes place every year is aimed at drawing the student body together and giving first year students a chance to make new friends.This year, new student representatives from 22 faculties to join the ceremony.
